Her outdoor beach Yoga classes drew hundreds of people in Salthill, Galway in 2014 and she was one of the first in the country to host large outdoor Yoga classes by the sea..

Her work is grounded not only in professional training, but in lived experience. After experiencing severe anxiety and panic disorder that led to chronic fatigue, she discovered how movement, breath, and nervous system education could heal and restore the body. These practices became the foundation of her teaching and her commitment to helping others find calm, resilience, and sustainable energy so they ultimately become aligned and connect with who they are and live a life full of wellness and purpose.

"Moving and Breathing well are essential for living a healthy life, they are constant components to life, yet most of us do not pay attention to how we breathe or move, until we are in pain. Noticing how you breathe and move can indicate what is happening in our bodies and minds at that time. If we pay more attention to how we breathe & how we move, we can create total harmony in our bodies and minds. This is why I teach, to guide you & give you the tools to breathe & move better so you can create overall wellbeing in your own body."
