In this class we open up and stretch, creating space and flexibility in the body, calming the mind and invigorating the body. Holding the poses for 5-10 slow deep breaths, we will improve flexibility and strengthen areas like the spine, hips, hamstrings and shoulders. Perfect class to do on its own to relax after work or do after the Full body Yogi workout. And its under 20 minutes! Enjoy!
