
This will be a standing full body movement class suitable for all bodies, we will stretch, warm up, build some heat in the body and practice breathing techniques. You do not need a mat. Just yourself! ( Our age group in the class usually ranges from 17-67 years old)
If you feel like dipping a toe, or your whole body in, join us for a quick dip!
