Live Online March Yoga, Breath, Gratitude

These are 30 minute evening classes March 14th, 21st, 28th

In each class we will practice easy everyday Yoga stretches to keep the body healthy & strong.

We will also practice one balancing breath and one gratitude exercise to enhance a positive calm mindset .
