21 days Challenge Body Breath Mind Reset March 6th

~This virtual challenge is perfect for anyone who wants to reset, build powerful practices into their daily habits and nourish themselves inside & out.

~ I am incorporating three practices that I have been doing consistently for nearly 20 years! I can tell you truly that they are life-changing AND their benefits are now backed by research and science. Yoga, Breathwork and Gratitude journal/meditation.

~ All classes will be completely new, filmed at my studio, especially for this

~ Each day we will practice 15 minutes Gentle Yoga, 5 minutes Breathwork and 5 minutes Gratitude.

This will be in your inbox at 6am, you can practice anytime that day.

~ I will send you everything you will need beforehand including instructions to each breathing exercise we will practice, a Gratitude Worksheet for you to use and some research on our practices.
